At The Running Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your stride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
